By accessing this website, submitting a booking request, or receiving care from Logsday Wellness, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Logsday Wellness provides home-based physiotherapy and rehabilitation services delivered by qualified therapists. We do not provide emergency medical care, diagnosis by telemedicine, or hospital-level treatment. In case of emergency, please visit the nearest hospital or call emergency services.

• A booking request is not a confirmed appointment until we contact you and allocate a therapist.
• Please provide accurate contact and address details so we can reach you on time.
• We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a booking due to availability, location, or clinical suitability.

Session fees are communicated at the time of booking. Payment is collected after the session unless otherwise agreed. If a prepaid session is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations by the customer should be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled visit to avoid a cancellation charge.

You agree to provide accurate health information, disclose relevant medical history, and follow the therapist’s instructions. A responsible adult should be present during sessions for minors, elderly patients, or high-risk conditions.

Logsday Wellness and its therapists provide care with reasonable skill and diligence. We are not liable for adverse outcomes caused by undisclosed medical conditions, failure to follow recommendations, or events outside our reasonable control.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and videos — is owned by or licensed to Logsday Wellness. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without our written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
